If you would like to update your contact information for alerts, simply follow the directions below:
1) Log on to your Sub Sidekick page
2) Click on Settings at the top of the page
3) Click on the Alerts tab
4) Enter your new email and/or cell phone number
5) Click 'update' to finalize
**If you have tried to add a phone number or email address that says it's being used by a previous account, please send us a new ticket and let us know so we can merge your new account and old account together for you. When you contact us, please include your current email address, any old email addresses you've used with our system, and the new contact information you're wanting to use.
