FREE TRIAL USERS:


If you are simply enrolled in our Free Trial, all alerts and email notifications will cease after your 14 days is over. If you would like to stop receiving alerts before the trial is up, simply follow these steps:


  1. Log-in to your Sub Sidekick account
  2. Click the Settings tab at the top
  3. Go to Accounts
  4. Click the 'x' under Delete to remove any of your substitute accounts (this will stop our server from searching your account and sending you jobs)

Please keep in mind that when you enroll in our trial, your email is set up to receive notification emails about the status of your account, when your trial is ending, etc... These emails are sent from our server automatically but will stop as soon as your trial is over. 


PAID SUBSCRIBERS: 


If you are a paid subscriber and wish to cancel and stop all future payments, you'll need to log-in to your account and 'cancel' your subscription:

  1. Log-in to your Sub Sidekick account
  2. Click the Subscription link at the top of the page
  3. Click 'Cancel Future Payments' under the subscription type that is currently active


Keep in mind that this will simply stop the next payment from occurring, so your current subscription might still be active at that time. If there is still time left on the subscription you have already paid for, you will keep receiving alerts until your license expires (at the end of the month or year that is paid up). If you wish to cancel AND stop all alerts immediately, you will need to delete your substitute account as well so that our server stops searching your account for jobs. To do this, simply follow the instructions below:


  1. Log-in to your Sub Sidekick account
  2. Click the Settings tab at the top
  3. Go to Accounts
  4. Click the 'x' under Delete to remove any of your substitute accounts (this will stop our server from searching your account and sending you jobs)


REFUNDS:


If your account was recently charged for an annual subscription or monthly subscription that you will not be using, please submit new ticket to our support team right away so that we can process a refund if possible. Please keep in mind, that PayPal does not allow refunds after 60 days of the subscription start date. In order to ensure a refund, you will need to contact us at the beginning of the payment period.
