To contact us with any questions, you can submit a ticket to our support team directly through the app. To do this, simply follow the instructions below:
1. Click either of the icons on the top of your app Available Jobs page (the Settings-Wheel icon or the Question-Mark icon).
2. Under the Settings-Wheel icon, select Help at the top of the list to be taken to our FAQ's Support Page. (If you click the Question-Mark icon, you'll skip this screen and be taken directly to the next one below):
3. After clicking Help, you'll be taken to our FAQ's/Support Page below where you'll see a message bubble icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You'll find it next to the magnifying glass. Click the message bubble to send a message directly to our Support Team.
4. Once you click on the message bubble icon, you'll be taken to the Help Inbox where you can compose your message. To write your message, just click on the text box at the bottom of the screen and begin typing. Once your message is complete, don't forget to hit Send.
