Problem: Window Doesn't Open
Do you have a pop-up blocker within your browser? Most modern browsers do and it may be blocking the window from popping up. Please check your pop-up blocker settings or try again with a different internet browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome. If that still doesn't work, login to you account and then manually launch the job alert window with this link.

Problem: Audio Alert Does Not Play
Try clicking the Test Audio Alert link. If a sound does not play, ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. After updating to the latest version, log out of Sub Sidekick, close out all your browser windows, log back into Sub Sidekick and try again. If the audio alert still does not play, try again with a different internet browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome.
For Mac users: While viewing the Sub Sidekick job alert window, try changing your Safari auto play settings (https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/customize-browsing-settings-per-website-ibrw7f78f7fe/mac). Under Auto-Play use the following setting: Allow All Auto-Play.
Problem: No Jobs Are Displayed
Keep in mind that the Job Alerts page will only show jobs that are available now, as opposed to a job history. So there might be many times that the Job Alerts page is blank if there are no active jobs that also match your filters/preferences. However, if you feel a job should be showing, you can try clicking the Test Audio Alert link. If a job does not appear, log out of Sub Sidekick, close out all your browser windows, log back into Sub Sidekick and try again. Next, try clearing your browser cache. To clear your cache, open the Job Alerts window and refresh the page using the appropriate method below:
