Why is this needed?
One conveinent feature of Sub Sidekick is direct links to jobs within alerts. Unfortunately, not all browsers automatically support this feature. They will log you in, but not direct you to the job page. Support is as follows:

Aesop®
  • All Browsers - No Workaround Required

SmartFindExpress® and SubFinder®
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer - Requires Workaround
  • Apple Safari (iPhone, iPod, Mac) - Requires Workaround
  • Apple Safari (iPad) - No Workaround Required
  • Google Chrome - No Workaround Required
  • Mozilla Firefox - No Workaround Required

When you first click a link using a device that requires a workaround, you will be prompted to click 'OK' to view these instructions or to click 'Cancel' to ignore. If you have clicked 'OK' then please follow the instructions in the Workaround section. If you clicked 'Cancel', then there is nothing else you need to do. If you change your mind, you can always adjust your settings by following the instructions on this page.
