Workaround Instructions
In order for enhanced auto-login to work, please follow the appropriate instructions. These instructions must be followed on every device that you use to click Sub Sidekick links.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
If you no longer want auto-login visit the disable auto-login page from your device.
Why is this needed?
One conveinent feature of Sub Sidekick is direct links to jobs within alerts. Unfortunately, not all browsers automatically support this feature. They will log you in, but not direct you to the job page. Support is as follows:
Aesop®
SmartFindExpress® and SubFinder®
When you first click a link using a device that requires a workaround, you will be prompted to click 'OK' to view these instructions or to click 'Cancel' to ignore. If you have clicked 'OK' then please follow the instructions in the Workaround section. If you clicked 'Cancel', then there is nothing else you need to do. If you change your mind, you can always adjust your settings by following the instructions on this page.

- Click the Settings icon and choose Internet options
- Select the Privacy tab
- Click Advanced
- Select Override automatic cookie handling
- Select the Accept button under Third-party Cookies and click OK
- Visit the enable auto-login page from your device
Apple Safari (iPhone, iPod, iPad)
Apple Safari (Mac)- Go to Settings
- Tap Safari
- Tap Block Cookies
- Tap Always Allow (iOS 8) or Never (iOS 7)
- Visit the enable auto-login page from your device
- Click Safari in the top menu bar and choose Preferences
- Click the Security tab
- Find Accept cookies and choose the Always option
- Close the preferences window
- Visit the enable auto-login page from your device
