I am writing to let you know that despite our best efforts and appeals, Frontline Education has officially severed our API access. As a result, SubSidekick can no longer deliver job alerts to your devices, and our service is effectively shut down.
I know many of you rely on our alerts to manage your schedules and livelihoods, and I am deeply sorry for the abruptness of this disruption that is out of our control.
Your Billing & Subscription Status:
Because we can no longer provide the service you paid for, we have officially canceled all active subscriptions. You will not be charged again.
As promised, we are offering prorated refunds for any unused time on your current billing cycle. This applies to all monthly subscriptions, as well as any annual subscriptions created or renewed within the last 60 days.
(Please note: We wish we could extend this to all annual subscribers, but we are strictly bound by our payment processor, PayPal, which technically prevents us from issuing refunds on any transactions older than 60 days. We deeply apologize for this system limitation).
To request your refund, simply reply directly to this email. Please allow our support team 7 to 10 business days to process the transaction through our payment processor. We appreciate your patience during this time.
